Dear Family,
Many of you know Sister Amy Wang, one of our pastors trained by Agnes I. Numer, who ministered with her in Taiwan and China many times.
“Azusa Lighthouse Mission (HARVEST ROCK FOUNDATION) is a non-profit 501(C)3 corporation. Since 1987 we have dedicated ourselves to serving the poor and the homeless and are committed to fighting poverty, homelessness, the causes of it, and the problems related to it. We utilize the resources we obtain from the community and the church to create programs and solutions to help fight the causes of poverty and homelessness.”
They have experienced a flood at the Mission and need some major repairs. We are putting out photos and a request to partner with them to help them feed and minister to the homeless and under-served on 5th Street in Downtown Los Angeles.
We have been in touch with Amy and her son Gabriel and asked them for a list of their needs.
