I’ve been a missionary all my life; I believe every Christian is a missionary.  They have to be, they can’t avoid it; because it’s God’s plan to reach those who don’t know Him.  I received a magazine from Terry University of the great and mighty plan of God.  I had difficulty going through it because I realized the great need in the world today, and how little we are doing about it.  I have to remember the words the Lord has given to us.  He has given many promises, according to His word that He is going to fulfill.

I hardly know how to begin; because God is going to do something for all of us. He will quicken our hearts with what the Lord wants us to do.  I have before me a scripture.

Isaiah 28: 23 “Give ye ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech.”

God is speaking and Psalm 5 is man speaking to God.  “Give ear to my words, oh Lord, and consider my meditation.”  This is man talking to God.

Psalm 8:1 “O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!  who has set thy glory above the heavens.

2 Out of the mouths of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thy might still the enemy and the avenger.

3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and stars which thou hast ordained;

4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou has visitest him?

5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; and thou hast put all things under his feet:

7 All sheep and oxen, yea, the beasts of the field;

8 The fowl of the air, and fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

9 Oh Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!”

Psalm 9:1 “I will praise [thee], O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvelous works.

2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

3 When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.

4 For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right. 5 Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.

6 O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.

7 But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.

8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

11 Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his

12 When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.

13 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble [which I suffer] of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

14 That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will

rejoice in thy salvation.

15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit [that] they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

16 The LORD is known [by] the judgment [which] he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, [and] all the nations that forget God.

18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall [not] perish for ever.

19 Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.

20 Put them in fear, O LORD: [that] the nations may know themselves [to be but] men. Selah.”

Ps 8:4 “What is man that thou are mindful of him?  And the son of man, that thou visitest him?

5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all [things] under his feet:”

Psalm 9:1 I will praise [thee], O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvelous works.

2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.”

This is what our Lord desires of us today.  In all the generations since the creation, man has failed to do what they were created to do.

Ps. 8:5 “For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all [things] under his feet:”

Adam and Eve had everything; God purposed for them to know Him.  He put everything in their hands.  The responsibility all of this was given to us by the Lord.  God made a beautiful world for us to live in; everything perfect.  But these little creatures, called man, decided they were wiser than God and took things into their own hands and did things their own way.

My bible tells me that the Lord changes not and He never fails.  He is doing something today.  It appears as though the people of the world are totally destroying themselves; but Jesus didn’t die in vain.  He died to redeem us back to the Father.  I can read here in Isaiah 28 where the priests, leaders, and prophets were drunk with wine.  God moved them out of the way.  He said behold I’m going to do a new thing.

I was watching these children as they were singing and I’m reminded of one thing:    Ps. 8:2 “Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.”  I know God is going to use these young people and this is why the devil is trying to destroy them; but we have a responsibility to them.  God has called us; He has chosen to form us for His work.

We have been going through these scriptures. Isaiah 29:14 “Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, [even] a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise [men] shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent [men] shall be hid.

15 Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?

16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

17 [Is] it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?

18 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

19 The meek also shall increase [their] joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

20 For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:

21 That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth

in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought.

22 Therefore thus saith the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale.

23 But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel. 24 They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine.”

He said, “I’m about to do a strange work and a mighty work out of the mouth of babes and sucklings.”  In Montana at the Blackfoot Reservation we have a choir of children.  The Lord has anointed them as He has anointed these children here and they are going into the churches and singing to the Lord and the Spirit of the Lord is falling.  The Lord is shaking them in the spirit; He is bringing unity and oneness through His love and Spirit.  They sang for us in the American Indian Conference and when they went home they were asked to sing in the churches.  In Montana the churches are separated; but the Lord used the children to bring the people together in His love and peace so that God can change the hearts of men.

God is speaking to us this morning to give ear to his voice and hearken when He speaks.  He says, “Behold, I’m doing a new thing.  I’m taking a people and changing them.”  Jesus died to change our lives and to bring us into the Kingdom of God, into the Kingdom of Light that He might live in us, by His Spirit, and direct our lives in all things.

So He said “Now, I’m going to take these people.  I laid aside the prophets and priests because they were drunk; they erred in doctrine and vision.  But I have a strange work to do.  I’m going to take a people, that aren’t a people, and bring them up and form, shape, and mold them into my own likeness.  I will live inside of them and move through them; and my anointing will flow forth and draw men, women and children by this love.”  He chose those who were nobody; because the others wouldn’t chose Him.

All of these generations He’s had to deal with rebellious people and people who wouldn’t hear His word or His voice and wouldn’t obey Him.  Today is the last call He’s going to give to mankind.  His son paid it all when He died for us.  He gave us perfect redemption and a perfect life, in Him.  He asked us to allow Him to change our lives.  We can’t make that change ourselves, He has to do it.

His word has given us many promises that He can change our lives, if we are willing and obedient.  We see a lot of stubbornness and rebelliousness in the children and we see it everywhere in the world today.  Jesus’ power is the same today.  He can change our lives if we let Him, but we have to let allow Him to do it.  We have to be willing and obedient to Him.  We have to come God’s way; not the way we want to go.  We can’t tell God how to do it.  We have to obey His word.

In the 28th chapter of Isaiah He said that He had set a way for man to go.  He said, “Who can I teach knowledge and give understanding?  The prophets and priests aren’t listening; what am I going to do?  Who am I’m I going to use?”  He gave them His word:  Rule upon rule, precept upon precept, line upon line; here a little, there a little.  The hardest thing for us to do is to take instruction; because we think we know it all.

God is crying out today: “Let me teach you something; let me teach you my way.  If you will hear what I have to say and do what I tell you to do; I have the way for you to go.”  Here in the word He was wasting His time with those people.  They were so stubborn and rebellious; they didn’t have ears to hear or hearts to receive.  He says, “What can I do?”

Is. 28:16 “Therefore, thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner [stone], a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.”

He is saying, “Give an ear to hear what I have to say: hear my voice.  I’ve given you Jesus and the Holy Ghost; what are you doing?”  Have you heard it; do you believe it?  He has given us things that He wants us to do.  Somehow, I feel He is asking for our all, a full surrender of our lives; so that He can take us and form us into His own likeness and image, in order that people will not see us, but they will see Jesus.  Jesus has completed the work for us.  He said, “If you will invite me, we will come in and live in you; but if you don’t invite me I can’t come, nor can my Spirit.”  God isn’t going to come into a filthy house.  He’s going to require of you, to clean you up.

We had a young man here for a couple of days who was in the very worst gang in L.A.  I said to him, “You have to take off your old clothes and put on different ones.” But he clung to his clothes and decided his identity with them was more important than getting his life straightened out with Jesus.

We were willing to pray for him, but he wasn’t willing.  He clung to his clothes.  He walked out and said, “I’m not ready.”  How can we say that we aren’t ready; how can we judge?  Only God knows the time!  I told him, “You might have 4 days; but you might lose your life out there in those gangs.”  He decided he wanted to keep his old clothes and wear them.

The Lord is preparing a people, not to exalt themselves, but that Jesus might be exalted through them; for He has a mighty plan and he’s not finished with this earth.  He’s very angry!  I’ve been reading through the word that He says He’s going to destroy, because man will not let Him do anything else.

He is calling out a people this morning to hear my voice and harken to His speech for He wants a people, through which He can be glorified.  The foundation He’s laid in us is Jesus Christ.  That foundation He’s laid needs to be built upon.  Give room to Him and give ear to him; hear His voice and hear His speech!  There’s not much time left.  He must have a people that He can prepare and cause to enter into His rest; so that He can send us to a people that have never heard of Him.  We have very little time left.  There’s a whole world out there.

The leaders refuse to let them know who God is; but God hasn’t finished with it.  The Bible says in Ps. 2 that He’s laughing at them.  Thank God, for the people who are going to allow Him to form them for Himself: ‘Jesus in us.’  We have to change and permit Him to be Lord of Lords and King of Kings in our lives.

I gave you both pictures of how God feels and what He requires of us, so that He can receive from us the high praises; so that He can receive from us our whole heart and being, which is our response of His love which He has put within us.  We will no longer live our own lives; but we will let Him govern us and led us in the way that He would have us to go.  That we would hear His voice and take heed to His speech and let Him use us to reach the masses.

This is a missionary training school.  I know many people question whether it’s a school or not, because it’s different than most of them.  We believe Jesus is changing our lives by His Spirit, through His word, in the natural and the spiritual.  I believe He’s calling out volunteers, crying to us to hear His voice, to go to the multitudes, who are dying out there without Jesus.  Thank God, for what He’s doing in our lives and for filling us with His spirit, so that we can flow with the Spirit of God.

But I want to see our young people and children coming forward in the power of the Holy Spirit.  He did it for me when I was 16; He first touched me when I was 12.  God is using the very small.  God did mighty things in the lives of our children, here, from the time they were born.

Somehow we get mixed up; we take on some of the things of the world, rather than allow God to have things the way He would have them to be.  God is calling us to Himself, so that He can change us and that Jesus, Himself, can speak to us and teach us the things He wants us to know.  I feel the seriousness of it this morning for we can’t play games with God.  When we stand before Him, in that day, what are we going to answer Him when He asks us what have we done for Him?

Everyone that lives here, God has called us to a walk with Him, to learn His ways and to let go of our own ways.  We aren’t here for our own pleasure, but we are here to please Him.  We are here to have ears to hear and a heart to obey His voice and walk in the way that He has called us to walk.

I thank God for all of you.  Thank Him, this morning, for His provision.  I thank God for you who don’t live here; because, for many years, you have been with us and prayed for us and helped us and who carry a vision in your heart.  God is going to honor you with your faithfulness in all things.  I feel God is saying, “It’s time to arise and go forth.  It’s time to say, ‘Yes, Lord, I want your Spirit in charge of my life.’”

I want it understood: we are His body and His church.  The true body Christ, Jesus’ church, is arising; because Jesus is in us and He will arise and go forth.  I feel the Lord wants us to speak to the young people and tell them that Jesus loves them and He can use the little children if we will train them in the way He would have them go.

We praise you Father and Lord Jesus, we thank you that you did come to us; that we heard you and are obeying you.  I pray for every young person and adult in this place.  Let us know where we stand.  We are looking for a people to worship you, to exalt you.  Let our hearts be open this morning for your cleansing and purifying, for filling us with your love, peace, joy, righteous, and holiness.  Precious, Lord, we thank you for the love of the Father and your love, that you have given so much for us; that we might have this same love in us, that we might share this love with the world.

Forgive us, Lord, where we have failed to be that light and example.  Forgive us and take these things from us and fill us with your love and compassion.  Fill us with everything we need, of you, that we might be a true representative of Jesus Christ.  Pour your Spirit upon us and cause us to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.  Cause us to receive it, Lord, so that you can change our lives.  Cause us to arise and go forth and be obedient to you.  This is the hour of your visitation.

We thank you for this word.  Let us run with it and rejoice with it, realizing it is from you.  We thank you.  Impart it to them.  We give you praise and honor, Jesus, for the glory of the Father.  Amen.
