Deut.30:8 “And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the LORD, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.

9 “And the LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:

10 “If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, [and] if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.

11 “For this commandment which I command thee this day, it [is] not hidden from thee, neither [is] it far off.

12 “It [is] not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

13 “Neither [is] it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

14 “But the word [is] very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.

15 “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;

16 “In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

17 “But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;

18 “I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, [and that] ye shall not prolong [your] days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it. 19 “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, [that] I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live:

20 “That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, [and] that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he [is] thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

This whole ministry has been based upon hearing the voice of the Lord and obeying. Here He is speaking of Jesus: I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death: choose life.  Love the Lord and obey His voice, and cleave to Him, for He is your life. If you don’t I will denounce unto you this day that you shall surely perish and shall not prolong your days upon the land.

We receive the witness of men; but this witness of God is greater.  God has testified that He that believes in Christ has a witness in himself. He that does not believe God calls Him a liar. God has given to us eternal life in His Son and He that has the Son hath life. He that does not have the Son of God does not have life.

We have this confidence in Him that if we ask anything according to His will He will do it for us. I believe the Lord is bringing us into a new realm in His Son. I believe that God appointed for us to live in this hour so that we could share this word. He gave us the command to do so.

I still feel we have the problem of listening to the Lord. Every one of the little children does something wrong; but we have the still small voice inside saying, “Don’t do that,” even though they might not have been taught. We do what we please! What happened? We lose the still small voice because we are too busy doing what we want. We don’t realize it was the Lord telling us.

For years our whole thing is to hear His voice and obey it that we will be His people. “I will record against you if you don’t accept His son.” You are in a group where there is always this: that God has placed before us to hear and obey His voice. I can tell you when we first started here these people were young and unmarried. When they married children were born here and God began to speak to us. He did mighty things through the children; but we have forgotten who has charge here.

The Lord gave me John 5 and His record in His Son is total obedience; hearing His voice and obeying it. I challenge you as you are waiting on the Lord to listen and see what He has to say to you. He says that we don’t have to go to heaven to get it. It is in us!  I want you to see and I believe there is a hunger in each one. You need to hear His voice and let Him train you.

I had a call from Brother Nathan from Rome asking me to send a team to a gold mining town in India and give them Isaiah 58. This town was his home and they don’t have anything. I had an e-mail from him today and he is asking me to come and start Isaiah 58 in this town. I know God is gathering a people to set up Isaiah 58. We will go up and know how to create jobs where there are no jobs. I also had a letter from Orica, India where the cyclone torn up everything. The Lord gave Brother Shakhar the strategy of Isaiah 58 to bring the area back together.

I know God brought all of you here and He has a plan for you; but we have to learn to hear and obey His voice. It isn’t difficult to hear His voice and do what needs to be done. Why don’t you pick up the paper lying around? Have you ever picked it up? Hear what God is saying; He wants to train you in the natural and spiritual.

We went into the villages in Africa where they had no jobs and didn’t know how to work or how to farm and grow crops. Neither did they know sanitation or water purification. When we went each one of us had a particular thing to share. We called Brother Peter’s church and people came there and were trained. There is a saying: “Give a man a fish and you have fed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you’ve fed him for a lifetime.”

Missionaries go to other parts of the world; but if they aren’t trained they won’t be able to help the people. I went to Brazil and there were missionaries who sat there in their high heels and didn’t allow these young people to get the needed help. They just were unfriendly. What kind of missionaries were these people? We went in but I believe God is saying we were incomplete in what He needed done. We needed men to teach the men and women to teach the women so that they could have a way to take care of their families. We need people that will be qualified to go in and help people to know how to raise families and do these things that are needed.

In India we worked with people to prepare them to go into these areas and help the people. I know that God wants to equip us so we can be as He created man in the beginning. Jesus came to bring us back to that light that man had before sin came into the world. If we allow God to take out all of the junk that has accumulated in our life and let Him train us, we can accomplish what He wants us to do.

As the verse says, “You don’t have to go over the sea…” we can just hear His voice and obey it. He is our God and we are His people: that has never changed. If we allow it He will train us. He trained me several years before He sent me. We need to get back into what God has called us to do. We have to get back to training people so that we can send them.

God is speaking to your hearts to realize what He can do with you if you will do what He wants. I appreciate each one; but I want to drop into your heart the vision of the Lord. God isn’t going to do anything if we don’t listen.  God has called us to take His kingdom to the nations. I feel a stirring to get Isaiah 58 out there; but we need more people trained in business; in medical and in every phase of our lives. It is all of us working together and establishing God’s business in these countries.

Let me give you an example: in Nigeria they told us not to go out after 9 o’clock at night it was too dangerous. They would rob you and might kill you. They also had no knowledge of health or hygiene or sanitation. There would be a mess of garbage and they would put what they were selling on top it; because they didn’t know any better. I saw that they didn’t know about keeping their food away from garbage. They would just be sitting out there selling what they had. That is the only way they knew to do it.

In India it was the same way. I knew many who worked in the slum areas. The slum people had nothing to give; they had to be taught and raised up. I was in Africa and there were no crops. One time when I went, I saw corn. They didn’t know how to grow these crops and I asked, “Where did the crops come from?” They said the Japanese were growing corn for them; but I didn’t see them growing their own food.  I realized it was because of the lack of knowledge and the people suffered. We couldn’t go in the cities so we went to the villages. There is so much we can do to help the people; there are a lot of things for the men and women; but we have to be wise.

On the 11th of this month the couple that went up into Mindanao are coming and bringing a young man who is going to tell what they are doing over there. The Muslims are coming in to take over in that area; but the Lord sent a miracle by the Spirit of the Lord. Now these tribal people didn’t have Christianity; but now several churches have been built. He will arrive here the 11th to share what is being done.

Brother Shakhar is coming. It is so important that we go and show them what to do. He is in Orica, India where they killed the two children. Christianity wasn’t allowed in Orica state and God sends a cyclone. The Lord had called him to take the strategy of Isaiah 58 to Orica where there was nothing left after the cyclone. He said, “I didn’t know what to do but the Lord gave His strategy for it.”

We left the Philippines and went to India. I didn’t know Brother Shakhar; but God spoke and said, “This is the man to take the strategy of Isaiah 58 to the nations.” Brother asked, “May I be that man?” God began putting it together and we later met in Israel again and laid out the plans. He carried out God’s strategy in Orisa.

God wants to train us His way and there is a lot of hard work to be done. Remember wherever He wants us to go and whatever He wants us to do, it’s not us doing it, it’s Jesus. Then there is one thing sure: you will be His people and He will be your God. He has a plan and it is important that you hear what I am saying. There’s a lot things God is doing; but it has to be done by the Spirit of the Lord. I feel it is very important to obey.

These letters I got today have stirred me; we must allow the Lord to use us. In India we have open doors. Father Nathan asked me to bring Isaiah. There are different churches there and they need Jesus. I want to stir the hearts. He is the one to share Jesus with the world. We aren’t here to have a meeting; God is ready to show the world who He is. It is very important.

I met the ambassador from Nigeria in Washington D. C. and he wants to give me land to set up for the people. I haven’t kept in touch with them. God wants us to know that we are not here for one purpose; we are here for God’s plan and He will use us for His purpose. He is going to do mighty things. I want you to pray that we can send people to other countries.

My heart has always been to these people. Brother Nathaniel said the needs are great. He is expecting 300 people in these orphanages. God sent us special money we use for special purposes and they were able to finish the building. They need chairs and desks because the children are sitting on the floor studying with not even a chair to sit on; but we can help by sharing. I am happy to help and be able to meet the needs.

Years ago there was a group of people that wanted to send sewing machines into India. He was pleading, “Don’t send the sewing machines, send the money and we will buy the machines here.” The people didn’t hear it and the last time I was there the sewing machines couldn’t be used because the machines weren’t sold in India. There was a waste of the sewing machines and no electricity. We need to know how to help them. The last time I was at Leslie’s they were there and no good to anyone. We need to see what we can do that will work in their country.

I just got a note from Gertrude and she is very desperate. She works in the villages and she makes beautiful things. The Chinese make them and they can do it cheaper so it has hindered Gertrude. I want to get back into what God wants us to do. What do the women wear in India? They don’t dress the same way we do. You have to think about going to help them; you know you can send money and you can depend on them to meet the needs of the people. That is the best way to go. We want to do things the way people want them to be done. It was so bad because I had to throw them all away. I said never will I ask the people to give it to the community.

One time I took a lady from here and she had her own money. I was asked to speak in all these areas in south India. When they came to Christ they took all their jewelry I told her do not wear it when we go down into South India. By the time I go there she was very angry. I wasn’t telling her what to do; I was sharing experience. We went to minister at this huge plantation. We get down there and my friend there told her, “You should listen to Sister Numer; she knows our people.” I made one big mistake in the beginning when I let her speak; because I didn’t have that right over there. I couldn’t give that unless she had been invited by the local people.

I had been down there many times and I wanted to minister in this one place where the men and women sat on opposite sides. The women do not go and shake hands with the men and I told her not to do it. The Spirit of the Lord was there and it was beautiful. She goes over where the men are sitting and the Spirit totally lifted. You have to have respect for the people. The man said to me, “Don’t you ever bring anybody like that to India again. I had no right to invite someone else to speak; that privilege was given to me. She came home and said that she was the one that ministered and not me.

We have to arise and hear what the Lord is saying. Frankly, I would like to have a team to go to India. We need to realize there are skills that they can learn. When this man comes on the 11th I want you to hear him. I want to send the finances into the areas so they can come forth and do the work of the Lord.

I was in China and the Lord gave me 15 people who needed a $1,000 and I asked the Lord. I was coming back from China there was a lady that knocked on my door she handed the women an envelope and she said Sis. Agnes will know what to do with it. I came home it was exactly $13,000 so I gave the man $1,000 and gave it everywhere the Lord told me to put it. A part of it is with our friends who have been in Taiwan and now they are in Mexico. We haven’t been able to support them. There are people that send money here. We just know God wants to send forth laborers and we have to do it God’s way. There is one thing that is very important: that we learn the way of the people and we don’t offend them. In all of the places I have been I have to been sensitive.

I have been in China and I went into this place and I see a big sign up there. The Lord said, “You didn’t do it, they did.” Now we are going to demonstrate the kingdom. They gave me 500 hundred acres and I heard that they are still holding the land for me. He gave me favor with the leaders.

We went into the hotel and he gave me beautiful food. I am welcome back there any time. We have to deal with them by the Spirit of the Lord. I want to see an increase; a complete plan put together to meet the needs of the people. The zeal of the Lord will do it.
