Hello dear friends,

We pray all things are well with each and every one of you.

If you haven’t already seen (or read), our latest message, “The Only Way” is posted and waiting for you to not only read, but share with others! We love when our family shares with others the Gospel of the Kingdom with others. You never know when that word can come back to a person when they’re in need of it.

Speaking of the Kingdom, we wanted to share a tidbit of what the Lord has been revealing to us about His kingdom. Just last night, one of our house members felt that the Lord was speaking to her in Titus 2:7-8. In this scripture, Paul is giving guidance to a young Titus as to how to direct the young and old, married and unwed. When Paul speaks of the youth, he gives Titus these instructions:

“6 Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober-minded, in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.

In order for Titus to guide his flock, he had to be the example he was teaching about, a pattern for the people to follow. Not just a pattern, as in a set design, but rather a habit, a way of living that is second nature. In this key Kingdom principle, living in this way makes it so that when those looking to bring accusations against His people, these “opponents” have no credible facts, no real evidence for what they’re wanting to say. It says that they would be “ashamed” to do so! For they will have nothing evil to say of you! In fact, the “you” at the end of verse 8 says that “you” in original manuscripts also reads as “us”. That by how we live not only keeps us in an area of accountability and integrity, but casts the same light upon all other believers.

As the times progress and gross darkness covers the earth, this principle is extremely important. We must, now more than ever, live a life that radiates His life and hope. We must be the pattern for a world to follow, having nothing to be accused of when the time comes for us to be called out, shaming our opponents, His glory shining through.

We love you all.
