Your Response to COVID-19
As your Global Family, we collectively thank you for responding to the critical effects of this Global Pandemic.
You have responded with intense prayer, financial support and encouragement. Thank you. The effects of being “Locked Down” on countries who survive day to day, without government support, without online schooling, without personal protection equipment …sometimes without food. This is more than we here in America can imagine.
Thank you for allowing God to use you as a support to other “Josephs’” during this Global Pandemic.

India
The first case of COVID-19 in India was reported on 1/29/2020. Since then, the country has reported 820,916 cases, and 22,123 deaths. Johns Hopkins COVID-19 Resource Center 07/11/2020. Samuel was very happy because he had just been praying for the refugees who are fleeing the cities, many of them walking with only what they have on their backs. They hope to return to their family lands in the villages. Some never make it. Samuel will use donations to help some of the refugees along their way.

Audrey contacted us through Facebook messenger and told us that two of her grandchildren tested positive for COVID-19. This family has already been through too much pain losing other family members in the last few years. We contacted various local and international partners who sought heaven on their behalf. God in His merciful grace healed both grandchildren and they are recovering. Please continue to pray for the Native reservations in Arizona.
Nigeria
Nigeria has reported 31,987 cases, and 724 deaths. Johns Hopkins COVID-19 Resource Center 07/11/2020. As the corona virus hit my dear country Nigeria the government mandated all to stay at home and shut down the markets. We were thrown into a devastating state as struggle to survive everyday became a bigger threat. Many people in the poor areas found themselves not trying to survive the virus but instead trying to survive hunger and the basic needs of everyday.

The first case of COVID-19 in South Africa was reported 127 days ago on 3/4/2020. Since then, the country has reported 250,687 cases, and 3,860 deaths. In his 16th address to the nation on 22 June, President Yoweri Museveni said that restrictions on boda-bodas, schools, religious gatherings and curfew would continue until further notice. Public transport (buses, mini-buses and taxis) continued to operate at half capacity, including in the border districts of Isingiro, Moyo and Yumbe. Movement restrictions continue in 39 other border districts. The reopening of schools has been delayed until further notice. UNHR 07/06/2020 God used a new pastor to help our school in Uganda. He sent two of his best members to go as administrator and teachers in Nyamabuga School. We have found the pastor and his wife to be precious people.
